 The quality of manufacture and the timescale we demand of ourselves requires in house metal fabrication. This facility gives total control of production and an efficient work flow, which is beneficial to us and reassuring to the client. |
 The two latest additions provide the capability for us to produce hand rails, frames, and to bend and finish our own metal panels in house. |
 We manufacture a diverse range of signs, some in large quantities and others as one-offs. As signs are designed for many applications, we need to provide many manufacturing capabilities. Many people do not relate metal fabrication with sign manufacture. |
 However, in our highly equipped fabrication shop, there are milling machines, lathes, power presses and Mig and Tig welding, plus two new additions; a power-rolling machine and a tube rolling machine, which give us a fully equipped engineering facility. |
 Whilst its our major function to provide an in-house facility for our sign manufacture, our metal shop is available for any metal fabrication project. |
